A business you can build around your life, your ambitions - and something you genuinely love.

Maybe you're ready for a change.
Maybe you're returning to work and wondering whether you really want to go back to the career you left.
Maybe you're a teacher, professional or parent who wants more flexibility.
Or perhaps you've simply reached the point where you're asking yourself:
“Is this really what I want to be doing for the next 10 years?”
On Broadway® Dance Fitness gives women the opportunity to build a business around something joyful: dance, musical theatre, fitness and helping other women feel amazing.
And you don't need to be a professional dancer to do it.

Think musical theatre meets dance fitness meets exercise in disguise!
Our franchisees deliver fun, welcoming classes where women learn choreography inspired by iconic shows and films - from Chicago and A Chorus Line to Dirty Dancing and Hairspray.
Routines are taught progressively over four weeks, giving clients the satisfaction of learning something new while creating a community they genuinely want to come back to.
But here's the important bit:
You're not simply buying yourself a job teaching fitness classes.
You're building a business for yourself, but not by yourself.
You can start with a small timetable teaching as little as 3 classes per week, build your client base, add venues and classes, and eventually develop a team of instructors within your territory.
You can build the business alongside your current job, or you can go all in! We will support you with any path you choose.
So your business can grow with you - rather than your working hours simply growing with it.

That's OK.
You don't need to have been a professional dancer, have formal dance training or already hold a dance fitness or teaching qualification yet (we will support you with that during your onboarding phase).
We are looking for women who:
Love dance and musicals
Enjoy working with people
Have the enthusiasm to create an amazing experience for women, and make a difference to your local community.

No! You can start small.
You don't have to quit your job tomorrow.
The On Broadway® model starts from a minimum of three classes a week, meaning you can build your business alongside employment, family or other commitments.
That's exactly how founder Katy Robinson started.
While working as an Executive Assistant, Katy built On Broadway® Dance Fitness alongside her career, teaching six classes a week and growing the business to around £3,000 a month before taking the leap into full-time self-employment.
Your journey doesn't have to look like anyone else's.
For some, it might be a flexible part-time business.
For another, it could become a complete career change.
For someone else, it could eventually grow into a larger business with a team.
"I’ve gone from having to work loads of hours, weekends & evenings... to now being able to make my OWN schedule that works for me and my life"

"It has changed my life! I have never felt more supported in anything I have done in all of my careers."
